Relax with your family and friends at the Kolon Vendégház in Zalavar near Lake Balaton. The renovated guest house has two rooms (3+1 and 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom.

In the summer, the 50 m2 terrace has a swimming pool, a swing, a barbecue and a kettle to help you relax. There are no room and holiday neighbors, the entire house is yours. Heated jacuzzi all year round, even in winter, in a separate closed private environment at no extra charge.

By using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest has read, understood and accepted the regulations. Not reading or not knowing the terms and conditions does not exempt you from the consequences!
Visitors
Only those guests may stay in the guest house who accept and comply with the rules for themselves and their relatives. Only registered guests can stay at the accommodation. It is forbidden to receive visitors at the accommodation, strangers are not allowed. This also applies to local residents.
Liability
The guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the guest house or violation of the house rules. The host assumes no responsibility for the property of the guests!
Cancellation conditions
We ask for a reservation to confirm the reservation. The guest must pay the difference between the total reservation fee and the reservation fee, as well as the tourist tax, in one sum upon arrival on the day of arrival. In case of departure earlier than the booked date, we cannot refund the accommodation fee in whole or in part.
Accommodation check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, our guests can book the room from 2:00 p.m., and they must leave by 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-out. Check-in and check-out is only possible in the presence of the host or his agent, with personal key handover! Please let us know your expected arrival and departure time by phone in advance!
Smoking
It is FORBIDDEN to smoke and use incense in the building! Please smoke in the designated smoking area. It also applies to electronic cigarettes and IQOS! Please limit smoking to this place and use the ashtray!
Making a fire, cooking
a fire You can make a fire in the designated fire place by observing the current fire protection rules! (Placing fire extinguishers next to the fire, flammable materials removed from the fire.) Before leaving the fire place, please make sure that the fire has really been extinguished! Burning materials other than firewood and paper (e.g. plastic, rubber) is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
Closing the garden and the building
When leaving the accommodation, please always lock the gate for your safety!
Pets
Small pets (dogs, cats) can be brought into the guest house, and medium and larger pets can be brought into the garden. The guests are responsible for keeping, feeding, watering and cleaning up after the pets.
Use of furnishings
Please use the furnishings as intended! Please do not take the indoor furnishings and household items (table, chairs, bed, bed linen, mattress, towels, etc.) out of the guest house!
Free equipment provided on request
Iron and ironing board, umbrella and scissors and sewing kit.
Cleaning
The rooms are received by the guests clean, and please take care of the cleanliness during their stay! Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected upon departure. For longer stays, cleaning, towel and bed linen change are provided every 7 days. Apart from this, we can only provide cleaning, towel and bed linen change for an additional fee. Please leave the guest house in an acceptable condition, in case of extreme pollution, we will charge an extra cleaning fee of HUF 10,000!
Garden
The host takes care of the plants. Please take care of the health of the plants!
Parking
Only the designated parking space is used.
Heating
The accommodation fee includes the heating fee, but due to the significant increase in utility costs and in order not to have to increase the accommodation fee, the guaranteed maximum temperature in the guest house during the heating season (October 15 - April 15) is 24 degrees. We can only provide a higher temperature for an additional fee.
Camera
We placed 3 cameras in the outside area of ​​the guest house for property protection reasons.
Safety
There are several areas and devices in the guest house and in its yard that can be dangerous if used improperly - everyone can use them at their own risk (fire pit, pool, etc.) Children under 12 may only stay in the pool or around the pool under parental supervision ! Children can only stay in the guest house under parental supervision! As in all households, in the guest house it is possible that something breaks or malfunctions through no fault of the guests. If you notice any abnormality, please report it to the host immediately in order to prevent possible serious damage!
Damages
The guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the guest house or violations of the house rules! The value of damages caused on the territory of the Guest House must be reimbursed immediately on the spot by the guest who caused the damage or, in the case of a minor, by his or her legal representative. If you refuse to do so, the accommodation provider will enforce your claim through legal means.
Dear guests!
Allow us to choose our guests. We do not wish to receive guests who are aggressive, unkempt, or with dirty clothes. Listening to music at a civilized volume is possible, but the house is not suitable for loud entertainment or parties! We ask you to observe silence at night from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.!
The owner will be happy to provide information on programs and attractions in the area (main attractions, hiking spots, restaurants, etc.), please contact us! Information materials have also been placed in the guest house.

In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the owner may ask you to leave the accommodation immediately. In this case, the accommodation fee will not be refunded!
Data management, invoicing
When making a valid reservation, you must provide the guest's contact person's phone number, which we will keep in case of any problems or important questions until the guest/guests leave. Accommodation providers have an obligation to provide data to NTAK. Upon arrival, the guest must hand over his personal documents (passport or identity card, residential address card) to the host for data collection. Since the NAV requirement imposes an invoicing obligation on the service provider, and the mandatory element of the invoice is the name and address of the billed party, as well as, if it is a company, its tax number, and since the owner issues an e-invoice, we need your address card to fulfill this obligation and to your e-mail address also in the event that the guest registers the guests in the My Guest program in advance. The owner declares that he will not use the data of the guest/guests for any other purpose, only and exclusively for the above obligations, and the owner will not store the data in printed form. The data stored on the computer is stored until the possibility of a complaint expires.
